William Seaby - Director
Before forming Willton Homes Ltd, William Seaby, who is a Quantity Surveyor, worked for national developers and building contractors, ultimately responsible for the cost-effectiveness and profitability of multi-million pound developments. William has gained considerable experience of decision-making, working to deadlines and handling budgets.
William is responsible for the sales and marketing of the Company. He also oversees land acquisition, surveying and the general smooth running of the company’s administration.
Willton Homes Ltd specialises in building beautiful homes in great locations throughout the South of England in Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Individuality is the key and we pride our- selves in our flexible and understanding approach to the needs of our customers. Co-Directors Ian Britton and William Seaby have completed numerous projects ranging from one off individual homes through to comprehensive schemes. Although diverse in style each Willton Home is completed to the highest standards and with great attention to detail.
